Apartments Rental Rates and Rental Information

Unfurnished Apartments. Monthly rental rates vary based on number of bedrooms, size, floor plan, & location within the building.

Unfurnished 1 BR / 1 BA Apts. are $825/mo + electric.  (See floor plans, Model A.)

Unfurnished 2 BR / 1BA Apts. Range from $1,049 - $1,149/mo. + electric. We have 3 two bedroom floor plans (See Models B, C and D). Electric is supplied by PECO and is used for heat, hot water, cooking and air conditioning. Heat pumps are used to provide heat and A/C. The owner is responsible for water/sewer, common area lighting, exterior lighting, common building maintenance, trash collection and snow removal.

Additional Occupants.   One bedroom rents are based on single person occupancy. Two bedroom rents are based on two person occupancy.  You may  add  an additional occupant to a one bedroom unit for an additional $100.00 per month.  Up to two additional occupants are permitted in two bedroom units.  Add $150.00 per month per additional (approved) occupant. Additional occupants must also submit rental applications, be approved by management and sign the lease.

Furnished Apartments. We will provide furniture for either 1 or 2 BR units. The cost for furniture is an additional $75/mo. for a 1BR apt and $100/mo. for a 2BR Apt. This is an excellent value and should be seriously considered. All furniture comes from Ikea. We have selected from Ikea's most popular and trendy furniture lines for your comfort and enjoyment. All units come equipped with mini-blinds. The tenant is responsible for providing minor household items such as table and floor lamps, accessories, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes, decorations, etc.
