Apartment Leasing Information

Leases are generally for one year beginning on August 1st. Rental applications are normally taken January through June of the year for leases which will begin on August 1st.

After an application is processed and approved, a lease is prepared. With the signing of the lease, a one month non-refundable deposit most be posted. This deposit will be applied toward your first month's rent.

NO APARTMENTS WILL BE RESERVED UNTIL LEASES ARE SIGNED AND DEPOSITS ARE POSTED. Applications are taken on a first come first served basis. Given the limited availability of units, it is strongly recommended that you apply early.

January, February, March and April are our busiest leasing months.
